What unit sizes do you have at your facility?

Our variety of sizes are sure to meet both your needs and budget. We have units available from 5' x 5' lockers for small scale storage all the way to 11' x 30' units for that much needed "extra" space. Follow the Storage Units link in the navigation bar to see all of the different locker sizes we have available to find your perfect match.

Do you offer locks or do I need to provide my own?

Lisbon Main Street Storage does not mandate that pre-existing locks be used for your rented locker. If you choose to use your own lock, that is perfectly acceptable. However, we only have duplicate keys for the locks that come standard with the unit so it is the responsibility of the tenant to not lose their key(s) for personal locks or they may incur a lock-cutting fee if access is lost because of lost keys.

How far in advance can I reserve a unit at your facility by contacting you?

You can reserve a unit up to 30 days before you move in your items.

How far in advance can I rent a storage unit online?

You can rent your storage unit up to 7 days before moving in your items via Lisbon Main Street Storage's online account services.

What are my different lease options?

We offer a variety of lease options to fit your needs. We currently offer month-to-month or term leasing.

When do I have access to my storage unit?

Lisbon Main Street Storage's main facility is open to tenants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have overhead lighting installed throughout the location so day or night, you have easy access to your belongings.

Do you offer insurance on my items that are stored at your facility?

Lisbon Main Street Storage is not deemed responsible for items stored at its location and therefore any items stored with us are under the responsibility of the tenant. However, your existing insurance policy may cover your possessions stored at the facility.


Is your online account manager safe to use?
Yes! Our online account manager is in place to provide quick, simple, and safe access to your rented units. All account management operations and bill-pay are hosted on top-tier secure servers by Quikstor Security and Software.
